Bee Vizzaro Netherlands we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we have a fair and transparent returns policy, in line with European consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason. This only applies to online purchases.

After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product free of charge.

Return and Refund Policy

• The product must be in mint condition condition: no signs of use, damage or defects.

• If possible, return the item to the original packaging , including labels, manuals and accessories.

• Add clear photos of the product to your request so that we can check its condition.

Return options

For an approved return you can choose from:

• A replacement product of the same type;

• Refund of the full purchase price;

• An alternative product of comparable value;

• A discount code for future purchases.

Return costs

✅ Free returns in the following situations:

• Defective, incorrectly delivered or damaged product;

• Return within the cancellation period of 14 days.

Returns outside the stated period or without prior contact will not be accepted.

Important Returns Guidelines

• Send the package via PostNL or an authorized delivery service.

• Please send the following information by email to info@vizzaro.nl :

  • Photo of the product in the box;

  • Image of the shipping label on the box;

  • Proof of shipment with clear track & trace code.

Products returned without consultation or outside the guidelines will be returned to the sender without further communication.

Repayment term

After receiving and approving the returned product, we will process the refund within the following timeframes:

• Credit card : refund within a maximum of 45 working days , depending on the card issuer.

• iDEAL, Bancontact or other payment methods : refund within 14 working days .
