Shipping & Delivery Policy – ​​Vizzaro Netherlands

At Vizzaro we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and Belgium . We only deliver to these two countries.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Delivery within 8 to 12 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping (€4.99): Faster delivery available for a flat rate of €4.99.

Processing time

After payment confirmation, your order will take 1-3 business days to process . This includes order confirmation, processing, packaging and preparation for shipping.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, such as delays in the postal services in the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery may take up to 30 business days .

Shipping Method

Orders will be delivered via local postal services or couriers, depending on availability and region. A track & trace code will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.

Liability and Delays

We guarantee the delivery of your order. Should an order be lost or damaged before receipt, we will offer a new shipment free of charge or refund the full purchase price.

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address or absence of the recipient, and it is returned, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
